Art Acceptance Guidelines

If you have computerized artwork, the preferred file format for submission is a vector graphic file. If you do not have vector files for your graphics, we do have the technology to convert raster data into usable files. In some cases, your artwork may not be digital at all, so we have the capacity to create a digital graphic based on artwork that is scanned from paper or even described to us over the phone, by email, or in person!

Convert Fonts to Lines or Outlines

Many of the fonts you use within your application depend on those fonts being loaded and present on your computer. When you send us a file that references a font that we do not have on our computer, a generic font will be substituted. The result could vary greatly from what you expect! For the best possible result, remember to convert all fonts to lines/outlines before saving your graphic.

Save All External References within Your File

Many of the external references and files that you use within your application may depend on the files that are only present on your computer. To avoid missing information, be sure to include external files before saving your graphic.

Feel free to contact us if you need assistance with the preparation of your graphics files.

Submit your Graphics for Production

Submit your file on any common media (CD, DVD, Flash Drive, FTP, etc.) or send via an email attachment to info@engravers.com.
